Hi there!
Can you share the link to the store/website you’re working on?
You may need to contact Astra support, but we can check further if your site is hosted by us at WordPress.com.
Thanks!

Hey there,
It looks like socialseizemarketingsolutions.wordpress.com is on the free plan, whereby it’s not possible to install a theme from a third party.
In order to use a theme such as this, the site would need to be on the business plan.
A business plan would also need to be in place to run an online store, because the WooCommerce plugin would need to be in use.
WooCommerce is a plugin that adds ecommerce functionality to the WordPress site. This guide has some really good insights on how to build an online store: https://wordpress.com/support/ecommerce/
Out of curiosity, what are you looking to build, and what are your goals for the site? We can look to offer some insights to help you achieve any website goals that you have in mind.
Looking forward to hearing more! :)

My aim is to build an website focused on SMMA.I can only create a free website without paid themes. My budget is to low so I’d rather spend that on something I really need in the future.

Hey there,

Understood!
The business plan allows you to install themes and plugins – to make sure this is the correct plan that you require, are you able to confirm what functionality you need for the site?
Or, even what you’d like visitors to your site to do when they land on the site.
It is possible to build a site without Astra, using just as capable theme.
It may be possible that a site could be built more cost effectively.
Looking forward to hearing more!

Hi there,
Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate? Most of the things you are interested in can be done using the free tools, such as a contact page with intake form, testimonials, mobile-compatibility, clear navigation, a blog, etc. It will help to know a bit more about the design (look and feel) you are after though. If you can share an example of a site you are trying to emulate, we’re happy to see if there is a theme we can recommend as a starting point
Live chat where clients can ask question as well as website should be accessible by mobile users
This is not functionality that we offer built-in on WordPress.com, so you would need to add that via a plugin (and the appropriate upgrade as mentioned above) but I’ll also add that I can’t really recommend an automated chat tools since they are not very good. This may change with the rise of AI tools, but given your budget it may be best to leave that off the list for now unless you plan to staff your live chat with employees.
I do however recommend that you consider our Personal Plan as a starting point. Our free sites are a great way to gain familiarity with our tools, but we do show ads on those to help cover our operating costs, and also free sites must use the “wordpress.com” address and do not have a custom domain option. The Personal Plan would allow you to turn off ads as well as use a custom site address. If you choose the Premium plan you can leave ads on, the difference is that you would be sharing in the revenue for a second income stream.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
