  Astra Theme does not exist. I can not download it..It is missing. I tried Free themes and all themes. It is not available?

  The Astra theme is a third party theme. If you want to use it on the wordpress;com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
