At what time the day starts at WordPress stats?

  WordPress stats show daily visit count. For example, it is 7 a.m. Indian Standard Time (my blog setting time) and my stats are showing 27 visits today. So the counting for a new day starts at per setting of the blog or it depends on some universal time (e.g. GMT) for all bloggers universally?

  You can set that yourself under Settings->General.

  Ignore the spammer.
