  I was wondering if you could help, I was wondering if there is a way for anyone reading my blog to be a contributor, but only on their own posts.

  No not really. That would be more like a “forum” than a blog. If it was possible then spammers would have a field day. ryannjenn has posted the links for the options you could use for you above.
