  I am using this template and it is perfect for my needs except I cannot figure out where to put an “sign up for our newsletter” opt in form. I have tried code for 2 different ones and neither show up. Is there a place in general where this code goes?

  Also, I have been able to install both of the codes on another template.

  Any suggestions would be great

  Since you are self-hosted, you need to inquire over at the forum for self-hosted blogs, http://wordpress.org/support/ , or at the site of the theme designer.
