A collaborator on my Atavist content has requested an export three times since the discontinuation of that service but has not been able to get the content to import to WordPress. What are our options for resolution?
The site I need help with is cmuedtech.atavist.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi there,
Did you receive the export, and you’re just not able to import it to your WordPress.com site? Or have you not received the export at all?
If you submitted the form to request an export and you haven’t received it yet, then it’s still on the way. Atavist is no longer accepting new export requests, but requests they’ve already received are still being processed.
If you have the export and the import is not working, please give us the URL of the site you’re trying to import to, and we can take a look.

Again, my request was in well before June 28th.

This is an important project that Julie, Jon and I worked on.
Many, many hours of work are in this project.I would like to have the contact information of the people who were doing these exports.

Yes, I did submit the forms ahead of June 28th. I have not received word or received any word. The project is in Julie’s name and you can see her inquiry about our project in this thread. I would also like to be included with any communication.
Can you follow-up on this for us please Kokkieh and provide an update please?

We found a few posts from your account where we asked for the URL of the Atavist site. But we didn’t get a reply from you on any of those forum posts:

Hello, what do you need from me, please? I am not too familiar with wordpress so that is my problem too. My other problem is that Julie and I are collaborators on this project. It is under her old Atavist account.
Can you please communicate with Julie too – who is above in our thread jthomasjlt and cc me.Is it possible to give you my gmail account. I do not want to lose communication regarding this project?
When you export it can you put it in Julie and my present account?
Our url at Atavist was under Julies name and the url is cmuedtech.atavist.com
Can you please tell me if there is something else Julie or I need to do.
