Atavist refund

    Hi! I’ve updated my wordpress account in order to use all functionalities from atavist in wordpress. Unfortunately, I upgraded my atavist account just a week before on the 7th of august, but seen the fact I copied all my projects into WordPress I want a refund from atavist. Seen the fact I paid a annual amount, the support docs mention a refund time of 3 months. I contacted support but unfortunatly, I don’t get any answer from their side. Any help?
