Hi Carol,
That email didn’t come from us — it looks like it came from AtContent, a company that has a plugin for WordPress.org blogs.
However, WordPress.org blogs are different from WordPress.com blogs. Plugins can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com blogs, for security reasons, so the plugin described in that email can’t be used with your blog here at WordPress.com.
