Attach a file to a blog post

  Hi all,
  Is there a way to attach a file to a blog post. Say a C file. foo.c I saw the Visual tools but did not see tany option. If there is a blog post which tells/shares the same as how it can be done and any options where the file will appear in the webpage would be nice.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
