Attach Profile to External Site

  Hello! I’m a writer on a site that I do not own. At the moment, the user profile for me on that site is blank. The site owners have told me that I can link my Gravatar profile to their site and this will give me a profile on their site. They use WordPress. I want to link my profile and photo with this page, but I cannot work out how to do it! Please help!
