Attach Setting & UStream Widget

What is the setting that will auto attach images within the uploaded media library to the blog post? Also, is there a Ustream widget that is available or, is there one under development that I could test?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you upload and embed and image from the post editor the image will automatically attach to the post. You can follow these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/uploading-images/#upload-images-from-your-computer-straight-into-a-post-or-page

Thank you for the quick reply.
I found from my previous request for assistance the reason for my images no longer showing up on my main page was because when uploaded to the media library the image reverted to “Unattached”. When I go into the media library and attach the image to the appropriate post, the image then appears on the main page. I am looking for the setting that will attach the image at the time the file is uploaded with the post from the WordPress AP (Windows Phone, iPhone & Android).
Thanks too for the input regarding embedding Ustream videos into individual posts. I was hoping for a widget (like Twitter or Instagram) that will auto populate on the main page when uploaded to Ustream.
