How do I move an image from one page to another?

  How do I change the page a picture is attached to?

  You can do that in the Page Editor (the page where you drafted and published your page). You will need to add the image to the post using the Image Uploader button in the Visual Editor, and then select the image from your Media Library (instead of uploading a new image).
