Attaching Media to Page – Editor Not Available

    Hi, I have tried every possible avenue (we actually have a paid account) – usually I upload the new media (pdf format), open up the page, edit the box I’m looking for, remove the old pdf, input the new media, save, double check the page to ensure it updated and it’s done.

    However, there have been some changes to the page? The edit button leads me to the main header, the edit with bakery builder leads me to a new page. Where is my page??

    I couldn’t log into my regular account, even though its all saved and we have a paid company account. I can’t seem to get in touch with an actual human. Can you please tell me what is going on here?
