attaching picture to sidebar

  I have read the insrtuctions and they are not working. I have upload and have a bank of photos in my media folder and to attach them, I have 2 options, post or page. Also, I tried to view the picutre and copy/paste the URL into a widget in my side bar, no luck. What the heck am I doing

  yep, i have them all uploaded and I can view them under media but there is no URL tag on them. I would send a screen shot if I could

  You need to click on “View” to load them each. Then right click and copy image location and use that as the URL.
