Attaching text to images so it stays aligned on small screens

  I have recently created a static front page that uses images that are linked to the posts with some text above the image saying what the post is about. See here: (www.trybackyardfarming.com). But I noticed that when I shrink down the browser screen, say to that of a small android screen, the text I have placed above the images gets shifted all around and is no longer aligned with the image that it goes with. Any way to fix this? Thanks!!
