Attachment Details Missing?

  hi everyone..

  i used to be able to insert thumbnails into my blog posts and the text would align. i could also insert full-sized pictures and receive attachment details with size, alignment, and link to options. now i do not have that option and it’s just inserting my picture at full size. when i click the photo, i am able to pull a little pop up that has standard options, but no attachment details. i’ve gone into the gallery to edit pics and no attachment details there either.
