attachment display settings

  Recently (with windows 10) I can’t get to attachment display settings. Previously all uploaded images could be ‘clicked’ on and enlarged. Now I do not see the little hand pointer. I do not see the display settings window when I upload the image or when I click on the edit pencil from a post or page. Any ideas. I never had this problem before the recent months and uploads.

  Hi,
  I’m using the classic page and post editors. In these, the edit tab (pencil icon) still opens the Image Details screen, which includes display settings. I don’t know if that’s still possible in the new editor.

  Now I do not see the little hand pointer. I do not see the display settings window when I upload the image or when I click on the edit pencil from a post or page.

  You do not see the hand pointer when you hover over the edit (pencil) icon?

  When uploading an image from files, or when retrieving an image from the media library, the Attachment Details and Attachment Display Settings still appear in a sidebar to right of the media window when using the classic editor.
