  I created a password protected page that contains several attachments. For some time, I’m unable to see the attachments in the center of the edit page, but off to the right in the Documents/Block tool bar. How can I remedy this?

  I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  the website is GarthNewel.org. I have no one else that helps with the website, so I don’t know any of the answers regarding hosts.
  It looks fine on the website, btw, it just on the edit page that it’s screwy and difficult to see.

  Thanks for that. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
