Attempted to transfer domain, but you rejected it

We have domain, lahikmajoe.me, which is set to expire in a few days. We are going to be moving the site to self-hosted and attempted a domain name transfer to name.com as the gaining registrar. However, name.com is reported that your systems rejected the transfer.
We’ve already paid for the transfer on the other end and were hoping to get it moved before it expired.
Initially, we were just going to migrate the site, and keep the domain management here, but it seems that the domain renewal is tied to the premium hosting upgrade of $99, which is a ridiculous amount to pay for a domain name renewal. Can you please release the domain name so we can complete the transfer to the new registrar.

Hi Peter! It appears as if the transfer didn’t go through because you still had yourself set up for Private Registration, which blocked the action. I temporarily disabled it, and sent your EPP code via email, so you can complete the transfer. An email has been sent to the Domain Registrant’s contact email address containing the Domain Transfer Code. If you don’t receive the email shortly, please check your spam folder.

Robyn, thanks for the update, I’ll resubmit the transfer on our end. The domain expires tonight, so hopefully the automated systems will grab it before the expiration.

Okay, Robyn, I’ve resubmitted the transfer on our side of things. The tech there said to ask you guys to expedite the release, though I suppose that is what you’ve already done?
