  I attempted to upload a purchased template zip and got a corruption notice and can’t proceed

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only themes found in the WordPress.com theme showcase can be used on WordPress.com websites. Did you attempt to purchase a premium theme from WordPress.com?

  No, it was a third party template

  There is no phone number for support – but it would do you no good –

  as noted above your can’t use 3rd party themes on WordPress.COM, security and reliability & performance issues – ask for your money back
