Hi there,
As far as I know, the newly implemented podcast program allows for a WordPress blog to be converted to an anchor podcast which will then be distributed on Spotify and other podcast streaming services. I have linked the documentation to that feature below. I have not heard of converting podcasts to blogs so I will flag the thread for staff assistance. They may be able to help you with that.
