Attempting to Transfer Site

I am looking to download all of my site files, however it is stating that I need to upgrade my account to a personal account in order to access the files. However, it will not allow me to upgrade my account as everything is greyed out.
I have contacted support directly via email, but I have not received a response anytime I have used the support ticket system. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like the WordPress.com Creator plan was removed. I’m not sure if this was done accidentally, but since your plan hadn’t expired, I reactivated it.
I noticed that the domain roninbasics.com is currently set as the primary address, but it doesn’t point to your WordPress.com site. As a result, it doesn’t load your site properly. If you don’t plan on using this domain with your WordPress.com site anymore, please consider removing it and setting roninbasics.wpcomstaging.com as the primary address of your site.
