Attempts to renew domain keep failing

I have now attempted several times to renew my domain name leoadambiga.com but I keep getting automatic renewal failure notices by email and directions to renew manually. Well, that’s what I’ve tried doing and it doesn’t seem to work. I want to renew, but the wordpress system or my system or both don’t seem to be cooperating to make that happen.
What can I do to resolve this?

I can see that we attempted to renew the domain on 15 and 22 December, but those renewals were unsuccessful. However, I don’t see any failed transactions after that for manual renewal.
Can you please go to this page and try to renew from there:

If it again fails, can you please tell me if you see any error messages on the screen? Also please check if a different browser helps, and please contact your bank/credit card company to find out if they are perhaps blocking the transaction for some reason.
If you can confirm that your bank is not blocking the transaction, and it won’t go through on the Purchases page, I can send you a manual payment link so we can try it that way.

I’m afraid I don’t have time to do all that, so if you’d simply send me a manual payment link, then we can hopefully resolve this withour further expenditure of time on the matter.

I’ve emailed you the payment link, but if your bank is blocking the transaction that’s unlikely to work either.

I’m having the same issue. I can’t seem to pay and renew my domain! Please help. I only have until 30th of january to fix this matter. The blog I need help with is http://www.thestrawberrybrunette.com
I haven’t had an issue with this until now. Is there any particular reason why? -
This is not the same issue. The reason you can’t renew is because you are not logged in as the account that owns the domain. Your domain is owned by the username, thestrawberrybrunette, not thestrawberrybrunette4. Log out of this account and log in as the correct account, and you’ll be able to renew your domain.
