When the whole board is covered with spam it makes me want to scream.

P.S. I’m as nervous as a cat as I’m being recorded on Thursday and I suffer from terminal stage fright despite the fact I can sing. Thank goodness it’s going to be private recording session. Cross your fingers for me please.

@jackiedana-At some point, Karim mentioned checking with Akismet to get us regulars some immunity, so I guess that didn’t work out?

Oh we’re still working on it. These things just take time. Also, we don’t want to discuss too much of what’s happening in public for obvious reasons.

I’d like to report that I have had a terrible time on the forums this morning.I open a thread to comment and I type and I submit. in some cases nothing absolutely nothing is posted. In one case there was a delayed posting of triplicate comments because I clicked submit 3 times and waited waited and waited. In all cases it’s as if someone has a panel open and is watching what I type. It’s creepy. Whatever is going on is creepy.

Hi timethief. I unspammed that comment (and sorry for the delay).
As for the other issue, I’m honestly not sure what’s going on there. I assume you tried the usual logging out/logging back in, clearing cache etc. tricks? Please keep an eye on it and let me know if it continues, or if any other users/volunteers report similar behavior.

Hah, it’s the same law that makes your hair always look great the day you go to get it cut and how you always feel better the day you finally decide to go to the doctor. :)
