    There isn’t a contact for customer support? Do I have to pay for the busn plan right away, or can I start building first?

    Free WordPress.com accounts can get help here on forums but if you have any paid plan (Personal, Premium or Business) you can also use email and live chat support. You can click the question mark icon at the bottom right corner of your screen or go to https://wordpress.com/help while logged into your account.

    To start building a site using a Business plan, you will first have to buy a plan.
