There is no permanent static IP address for any WordPress.com blog. All IPs are dynamic ie. ever changing. Therefore WordPress.com does not purport to provide static IP addresses.

Sometimes there ia weirdness that happens with duplicate posts. I can tag a single thread and when I do I can see the tags appearing in both threads.I do tag duplicate threads with “Duplicate” and “already answered”. I do not tag them with modlook as I figure it’s waste of Staff time to close them. If there are multiple threads than I use “multiple thread poster” and I do tag with modlook too.

I see three comments too now I but rootjosh’s comment is studded with <p> tags.
P.S. I broke my glasses lens (right eye and I don’t know how but a chuck in missing from the lens), and cannot get one shipped to me for a week so I cannot see screenshots very well. But I can see well enough if I go to the thread and cover one eye. That’s what I have been doing since last week. :(
