Agree to you millerteachglobal, I have the same issue as discussed before in another thread.
My affected blog is http://rraskolnikow.wordpress.com/
Pictures are various sizes now within the blog, whereas you cannot change it in the edit modus.
Please can you support us!

My blog’s suffering from the same problem, too. I’m pretty sure I haven’t changed any of the settings.

Can you give a little more information and a link to a post/page where you see this happening?
Were they previously centered and now they are not?
Do the images have captions or not?
Do they appear as a single image or as part of a Gallery?
If you have already opened a thread on this problem, please do not open additional threads on the same topic. Thanks.
I’ve marked this for Staff attention, please subscribe so you will see their reply.

Details:
Blog: foodergolove.com
All of my images on the “wasp larvae” article used to be very large, and now are small. Some are captioned and some are not. This morning, they were uncentered, but they seem to be centered now, just still small. They are single images embedded into articles.
Thank you!

@ justjennifer: if you go into the edit-modus then you will see how the pictures were set originally.

@millerteachglobal – No need to bump because of the spam threads since this one has been tagged for Staff assistance. In fact, bumping this thread only pushes it further down in the queue for their attention. So thanks for not bumping unless you have new information.
@rraskolnikow-as a fellow WordPress.com user, I do not have access to your Dashboard. One of the reasons I’ve marked this for Staff assistance. They can.

Mines is the exact opposite. All of my pictures are medium sized but on the blog itself they are showing up extra big. Need help with this.

Hi, I know how fix it. The problem is that the photos that we uploaded as thumbnail are still having this sizes even if we changed with the mouse . So what I did is go to editor image and them choose advanced settings, here in source you have to delete the size (exemple: ?w=150, delete this) and in CSS class you have to delete “size-thumbnail”, after this update and the image will have the right size. The unique problem is that you must to do it whit all the photos, but is the right way to do it in the future.

After uploading images to the media library, I often resize them in html when creating a post. This works well. But now suddenly the images in my published posts have reverted to their original uploaded size.
For example:
