  Hi @athenys, the issue seems to be that you’ve run out of space. So it’s trying to import but it’s getting stuck because there’s no more room for media.

  If I reset it now, it’ll just get stuck when you try again, so do you want to upgrade to the Personal plan? That will give you 6GB of space. Once you’ve got that we can reset the import and let you try again.

  Also, if you’re just using our service as a backup to Tumblr, note we bought Tumblr recently. I hope this helps!
