  I do not believe that auction sites are allowed here at WordPress.COM https://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/ but I will this thread for a Staff response for you on that as opposed to the plugin.   We have no plugin or software available for you to run an auction blog on WordPress.com. The best bet would be to create a self-hosted WordPress.org blog in order to use the MyAuction plugin for your site.
