  If you’re asking whether it’s possible to create an auction site on WordPress.com, no it’s not as you cannot install the plugins that will be required for something like that, and I’m not even sure whether it is allowed in terms of the Terms of Service.   To set up an auction site you’ll most probably have to get your own hosting and set up a wordpress.ORG website, which is an entirely different system from wordpress.com. You can learn more here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
