Please read what raincoaster said above and try it again because it usually solves the issue. If it doesn’t work then you will have to send in a fedback to staff on Monday requesting help.

To tell, put that URL into your browser and see what you get. (And yes, I know it says “Link to the file” on their website but it’s incorrect. It’s a page link)
Looks like you can’t use that service for the audio player. I don’t see any method of link directly to the specific file.
To the other folks who are posting “I have the same problem”, I seriously doubt you’re linking to the same file. Telling us some specifics as to what you’re linking to would be helpful. Chances are you’re probably doing the same as above though. Without telling us the specifics, we can do little to help.

Maybe that is the reason that the WP audio player did not played that file…? -
