  I am trying to add some audio sound however if i try to upload an audio file or insert a link non are being accepted. The only files accepted are jpep,xdoc, doc, jpg etc! None of which are audio compatible. please help !!!

  Hi there sarahlearns88,

  The uploading of audio files is restricted to paid plans only.

  But you can always embed your audio files from elsewhere, even in free blogs. Check out the audio section of the shortcodes page to learn more about what sites you can embed from.

  That’s great Chris thank you for that !

  I am so new to this so I am trying to learn before I get my site built etc. So I’m I right in assuming only paying customers can add pages, I have tried to create and publish some pages but they dont seem to be accessible or even visible. I can see them when I am editing the website but not when I visit the site !

  Hi there!

  Which WordPress plan do you have? You can only upload audio files to your site if you have a Personal, Premium or Business Plan. Here’s a link to the list of plans and pricing for your reference: Pricing and Plans

  These plans allows you to upload .mp3, .m4a, .ogg, or .wav files to your blog. With an upgraded plan, you can upload audio files by clicking on the Add Media button in the Visual Editor while creating or editing a post. You can also learn more about adding audio to your site by visiting the Audio support page.

  Free members can add pages! To add one to the menu, Click the customize button in the lower-right corner to enter the customizer. Click Menus. If you wish to add a page to your primary menu, click the corresponding option. You should see an option to Add Items. Click that, and select the page you wish to add. You can then Reorder the menu by clicking that ‘Reorder’ button. Finally, click ‘Save & Publish’!
