Audio content support for Personal Domain plan.

    Hey there,

    I am planning on designing a personal artists website using wordrpess. Essentially an online portfolio with a personal domain. I see that by purchasing the Personal domain plan I will get 3GB of storage, it is however unclear whether this will plan will support audio content? I realise it is not a lot of storage when it comes to audio, but I would like to know whether it will be supported.

    Hi there,

    The 3GB of storage is already included with the free plan.

    However, if you want to upload audio content directly to the media library you will need the Premium or Business plan. That option is not available to the free and Personal plans.

    Keep in mind that you can also embed audio hosted on other sources like SoundCloud or a simple file-hosting service. If you embed only a file it will use our built-in audio player, or if you embed from a service like SoundCloud which we support, it will use that service’s audio player.
