[Audio ] embed of Google doc mp3 buffers indefinitely

  I’m trying to embed short mp3s (138k, for instance) in my page (it’s private right now) and the shortcode [audio ] mp3 player never plays any audio – it just says buffering. Video works fine, and my internet isn’t super-speedy but it works pretty well.

  I’ve made sure the file is an mp3, and it’s shared properly. And I’ve tested the download link:

  any ideas? or should i put the mp3 elsewhere, and if so where?

  The link you provided above is not a direct link to an mp3 file; it is a link to download an mp3 file. A direct link to an mp3 file will always end in .mp3.
