Audio file upload not functioning

  My church website is hosted by the UMC. In the last 2 weeks, every time I try to upload a sermon (less than 64MB) it uploads VERY slowly and often fails with an HTML error. The Help Desk at UMC has not been able to help and wants to wipe our site and have us start over. I don’t really want to do that.

  My Asst Pastor is also an Administrator, he is having the same problem on his computer and his Internet connection.
  Ideas?

  There are no WordPress.com sites owned by the account you are logged in to. If you send a link to the site you need help with, we can point you in the right direction for getting some help :)
