audio file won't upload?

  I have purchased a space upgrade and I’m trying to upload an mp3 file that is 75 mb in size, but it keeps erroring out. I notice on the add media page it says file sizes are limited to 10 mb, but in your support section it says that with a space upgrade you recommend file sizes smaller than 1 Gb. So I’m confused if it’s erroring because the file is too big or because you are limiting the size of files that can beuploaded. What’s the point of a space upgrade in that case? :-)

  Hi there,

  I’m glad it’s working for you now! The recommended file size is 1 GB or less, but other factors (like connection issues) can sometimes cause trouble even for smaller files. If you run into any more trouble uploading files, please let me know. :)
