  Hi there, WordPress.com does not have the ability to add an audio gallery by default, but you can add that functionality by installing one of the following plugins: https://wordpress.com/plugins?s=audio+gallery

  Please note that to use plugins you will need to upgrade to our Business or Commerce plans. It is not possible to use plugins under our Premium Plan.

  If I can ask, what kind of audio are you trying to upload and what kinds of galleries are you trying to set up? It may be possible to manually create pages that have a “gallery-like” appearance, without using specific functionality via a plugin. Thanks for the additional info!
