  With the new dashboard, I can’t upload my MP3’s anymore, there is no URL-link displayed! WordPress, please, could you fix it…or is there now a new way? Oh, how i LONG for the old dashboard where everything ran just smoothly!

  Make sure to click the File URL or Post URL button before you click the Insert into Post button. Once you’ve done this, your choice will be remembered for next time. See this screenshot: http://skitch.com/mtdewvirus/7587/mdvtester-add-new-post-wordpress

  You are on the Gallery tab. Make sure you are either on the Media Library tab or you’ve just uploaded a file.

  hi mtdewvirus…i was on the music tab..before the screenshot i was on the Media tab too…it looked the same, i will check again, and if it’s different, will leave you a message, but i’ve uploaded tons of mp3’s in the past, i do know how to do it, but will check once again.

  hi mtdewvirus…done! :) i’m 100% sure it wasn’t earlier there, that’s why i started this link, but everything seems to be working fine now..thanks for your replies and help. The only reason i went to the Gallery tab was that i know from previous entries that it shows there too…it did look exactly the same in the media tab too, early… i was on it first, thought the gallery will have the link, no…nothing and because it looked the same, i took the screenshot there too…thanks again!

  I’m having absolutely no luck getting music for my blog site. I’ve worked all day to no avail. I’m not a computer guru and definitely need step by step help in doing this. Anybody out there that can help?
