audio not playing in uploaded .mov file

  i uploaded a video using media upload. i have videopress. the file is a .mov file, and plays perfectly on my windows pc, however, when uploaded, the audio doesn’t come through….

  assistance?

  the guide that you provided does not discuss audio within the context of uploading a video. however, i did read it.

  i have uploaded a .mov video to another page, and it works perfectly:

  any ideas?
