Audio: Nothing can be heard…just “buffering”

  Help!

  Yesterday I paid the upgrade to be able to upload audio files to my blog, but nothing can be heard. It only says “buffering”…but never starts playing.
  I am using a Mac, and the music I was trying to upload came from my itunes library.

  That’s because you have uploaded an m4a. The wp audio player plays mp3s only.

  You need to convert the file to mp3 encoding and then upload the new file and use that one.

  Audacity is a free open source program you can use to convert audio files to mp3:
