  Audio player does not display on my computer

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have uploaded audio content to my blog and it plays when I am logged into the account. On other computers I can go directly to the blog (to see the blog content without logging into my account) and the audio player will appear and play, but on my computer on Firefox (Windows Vista) the audio player does not appear. It will appear if I switch to Explorer.

  Howdy,

  In Firefox, can you visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ and tell me what version of Flash is being reported (if installed at all)?

  Hi,

  I can’t duplicate this—the audio loads for me in Firefox whether or not I’m logged in. Do you notice an issue when logged out if trying to listen to audio on other WordPress.com sites? (example: http://kraftsandbox.com/2013/11/25/audio-test/ )

  Can you visit the Tools->Add Ons menu in Firefox and ensure the Flash is set to “Always Activate”?
