audio player “file not found”

  I am very new to using code to make things work on my site, so please help me understand how I can use the audio player on my website.

  I have read the support page (http://support.wordpress.com/audio/). It talked about using this code:
  [audio http://wpcom.files.wordpress.com/2007/01/mattmullenweg-interview.mp3%5D

  And another forum response suggested a WP user use this code:
  [audio=http://yoursite.com/uploads/03/2007/yourfile.mp3]

  But whichever one I use I run into the same problem– I get the player interface, but when clicked on to play it will say, “file not found”

  PLEASE help a newbie at coding what exactly is needed to link an audio file to the player. Is the “/03/2007/” or the “/2007/03/” needed as part of the code? Do I use my original wordpress address I started with or the domain I purchased through WordPress (Both don’t seem to make a difference)?

  Any or all help to get the audio player to work with be really appreciated.

  the code would be:

  [audio=http://stearnshd.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/drive-safely.mp3]

  That will work.
