Audio Player – how to cater for multiple browsers
-
I have used an audio player to allow the user to play a podcast audio file on my blog. The code is [audio http://slowenglish.files.wordpress.com/2012/11/podcast3lowogg1.ogg%5D
I have used an ogg. file for the audio player. Apparently an audio player which uses this file can’t be displayed on Internet Explorer or the Safari browser. How do I overcome this problem, to ensure I can reach all users, regardless of what browser they use. Any assistance would be appreciated. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those two browsers do not support HTML5. If your current browser does not support HTML5 audio for your uploaded format, or Flash Player is not installed, a direct download link will be displayed instead of the player. You could try Soundcloud instead.
