Audio Player keeps saying "Buffering" & Videos aren't loading when embeded

  Up until recently, I’ve been able to post music on my blog using the standard – [audio *site url*]. But for whatever now when I post music using that code a player comes up but it reads buffering and it never buffers. So, I’d like to know what’s the issue.

  For example, posting music from a site like Hulkshare like this –> [audio http://www.hulkshare.com/i44rg04gqhdc%5D <—- was possible up until a month or two ago, but now it doesn’t work.

  Also, when it comes to posting videos from websites that are not YouTube, why can’t they be posted using HMTL on the post editor? How does this work?
