Audio player not working on cell phones or tablets

    When I embed audio files on my site with the audio shortcode I noticed that the WordPress audio player will play fine on my laptop but when I view the post on my cell phone or on my tablet the audio player does not work. This is not good since most people use their phones or tablets today to go online and view web content. Please address this issue and fix it. Thanks.

    Hi crapvine,

    I used my iphone6 on your site and the audio was playing fine for me, no problems at all.

    What browsers are you using? Maybe there is a problem there?

    Just leave more information and we get back to you as fast as possible.

    I am using Google Chrome browser on all devices.

    I installed an HTML5 audio player plugin on one of my self hosted wordpress test sites and it fixes the problem. Does wordpress.com use a flash audio player?
