  Hi,

  my goal is to set a multivendor marketplace with audio files to buy. The thing is that I would like to enable customers to play the audio preview when they click on a product picture in a products page. You know, without needing to actually go to the product page. I’ve had no luck in finding any (free) plugin that allows just this. Do you have any help? I can send a screenshot what exactly I have in my mind if needed.

  Are you planning on using WooCommerce to set up your marketplace?

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:

  Hi,

  thank you for getting in touch with me. Actually, I don’t have WooCommerce Business Plan, however I have a pro version of Dokan so I’m planning to start my marketplace using this platform if it helps.

  It sounds like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  Additionally, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or themes, so if you have questions about Dokan, you should reach out to their Support for help. You can reach them here while logged into your account:
