AUDIO SLOW PLAYS AFTER UPLOADING TO WEBSITE

  AUDIO Uploaded to my website will not PLAY regularly…it is SLOW playing…WHAT’s the deal? I have uploaded it tried it, deleted it, uploaded a new file several times and it is NOT working HELP!
