  It’s not currently possible to create a new Cloudup account, no, but if it says there’s already an account connected to your email you should be able to reset your password to regain access:

  apparently not the case, no account associated with my email.

  also learned Dropbox has stopped supporting public URL links to their files, effective last September

  Hi there @stolzyblog, perhaps I’m missing something basic, but do you currently have an upgrade plan with WordPressdotcom? I see your custom domain is registered with WordPressdotcom’s registrar, WildWestDomains.

  If you only purchased the custom domain but not a plan, have you considered upgrading to the Personal plan, which will allow you to upload audio to your own site’s Media Library? Your custom domain will be rolled over and included in the plan when you upgrade through your MY SITE’s dashboard at https://wordpress.com/plans/

  Hello again. Just wanted to make sure it was clear that your custom domain would then be included in the plan and not a separate payment. Cheers!
