audio won’t play.

  Hi. I’m trying to update my site and I get this message, ‘Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.’

  I downloaded the update, restarted my computer, checked to see if Java was enabled, and it is. What am I doing wrong.
