Audiomack.com embed: works in preview, but not when posted
-
Hi All,
I have a podcast (I teach college history) that I uploaded to audiomack as it was my understanding that WordPress and Audiomack have some sort of partnership. I was exceedingly delighted when in preview mode, I was able to view and operate the podcast without ever having to leave the blog post page (small thrill, really! The color scheme was perfect)… When I was satisfied, I posted my podcast blog, “Where Do Your Rights Come From? PodCast talks of the eighteenth-century view.” When I looked at the post, however, the audiomack.com embed went away. Instead, in its place, was the link. When clicked on, it took me to the audiomack.com website: precisely what I did not want to have happen. Can someone assist? Why would the blog in preview mode show the correct embedded podcast, but when live it disappears?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there. Someone had the same issue just last week (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/embedded-audiomack-audio-player-is-not-showing-properly-on-my-free-wordpress-blo?replies=10) In that case it appeared to be an http connection vs a https connection, and staff reported it fixed.
I checked and can see the player just fine if I view your blog in either connection, so this might be restricted to your browser. Please make sure you are using one of the browsers and versions listed here: http://browsehappy.com/
Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
If you still can’t see the player, let us know exactly which browser and version you’re using (https://www.whatismybrowser.com/).
